Solution
Update the motherboard Bios. The motherboard may not recognize the newer cpu yet. The Motherboard manual will tell you what the 5 beeps are to be sure.
Processor is dead
If your old processor works with your system then it's your new cpu .
Return it where you got it from if possible get a new one .
what is the power supply brand ? Hope it's not a cheap chineese brand either

the mb you have the min bios rev is bios 1.40 to post with that cpu. with the old cpu in download the newest bios 2.70 unzip it and copy it to a usb stick. then go into the bios and use the mb bios updater to update the bios to rev 2.70. when it done make sure the setting are fine..boot into windows a few times if there no errors turn off the pc. the new cpu the x860 does not have built in video you need a video card to keep from getting a video card post beep failure. with the old cpu in put one new dimm in see if the mb posts fine. if it does leave the one dimm in and then swap the cpu and see if the error is gone.

It's what Night said. Now that you changed the A4 APU with the 860K, you no longer have a GPU and you no longer have a way to output video to a screen. You either need to buy a GPU or exchange the 860K for a faster APU than the A4.
