This pc will just be used for playing games and internet browsing,
I do not have much knowledge on parts, so any tips or feedback would be really helpful!
Should i spend the extra for an amd ryzen 5900x?

Full ATX tower is not necessary, that will be a very large chassiswith little inside of it. Try this instead:

I would say only get the 5900X if you plan on doing something besides what you listed. 12 cores is cool and all, but most would sit unused in gaming and web browsing.

12600K is a good compromise, 6 P cores for gaming and 4 E cores to handle small tasks.
