Hey guys, my younger cousin has been gaming for many years and he'd like to get a good one now so he can play games with no lag, he'd also like to livestream as well.

I'm not too good with computers so I was hoping for some help from you guys. It's going to be a lot of dota play, likely 6-8+ hours a day. Not looking for anything flashy. Let me know if I can add anymore information, thanks.

Edit: I forgot to say it's going to be on windows, I don't think he'll need a headset and/or mouse, though if you knew any cheap but good ones I'm sure he's all for that as well. Thank you for your replies so far.
