So hello, I did a lot of research about hardware and PC builds, I've never build a PC before (putting a new Graphics Card/RAM onto a motherboard isn't building a PC right? 😀). My budget is like maximum 750 euros. I wanted to ask some questions

CPU: Intel Core i5-4570 ~158 euros - I don't think I need to overclock the CPU to play new games and it's enough a 4570?

Cooler: CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Evo ~30 euros - My friend recommended me this one

MB: Gigabyte H87-HD3 ~74 euros - I don't think I need a Z-series mb since I won't overclock my cpu?

GPU: 2048MB Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760 Windforce 3X ~212 euros - Best GPU I've found, any cheaper and as good GPUs?

Case: AeroCool GT-R Black Edition ~67 euros - I found this case bc I was searching for a bigger case in which GTX 760 will fit, I like it and I don't think I want another :3

HDD: 1000GB WD Black WD1002FAEX 64MB 3.5" ~66 euros - I really want to know if it worths to pay 20 more euros or I should buy a Blue version for 40 euros?

SDD: I'll get one later since they're expensive now :3

RAM: 2x4GB Corsair Vengeance Black DDR3-1600 ~74 euros - Going straight with this choice.

PSU: 600 Watt Corsair CX Series Modular 80+ Bronze ~67 euros - Will I need more power?

And that's basically all, thanks in advice :3

Solution
Its a great build for the budget as long the budget excludes windows. You would also need some form of optical drive to install windows, but those are very cheap.

The PSU will provide plenty of power and is a very reliable power supply.

The black HDD has lower seek times and faster read and write performance. This is beneficial if you will be moving around a lot of data. This will benefit games and video work. Besides that they are the same. So it is a question of if you think slightly faster performance is worth the extra 20 euros. Personally, I would go with the black since you have no SSD.

I'm not sure on how well GPU prices compare with buying in the USA so i cant help to much their. But the 760 windforce is a great card...

yeah ram is 1.5v :) I'm not going to use two GPUs, I'm scared of heat only about one gtx 760, but about two... ;D
and I'm waiting for a long time, I won't resist another 60 days 🙁

I always recommend Asus mother boards. It is a great option

optical drive isn't a problem, about GPU, I just found a little bit cheaper 4096MB Sapphire Radeon R9 270X with 195 euros, I wanted to get an nvidia GPU, tho my last one was a sapphire hd 4xxx (can't rememeber) and I was very satisfied

The 270x is a little slower, plus you wouldnt have the eye-candy like physx from the 760.

If you are gaming at a resolution higher than 1920x1080 or heavily modded games, then the 270x is better.

So chances are you should stick with the 760

The 270x is cheaper and essentially the competing AMD card at the price point. Keep what you have unless the few extra euros are important to you.

I would say the build is perfect for the price.

ok then 😉
btw I wanted to ask about cooling, I will need some extra coolers to put on case? or both cpu and gpu will sustain a normal temperature when I'll play for example crysis 3/bf4 on highest settings?

You should be fine without extra cooling besides what comes with the case because the hyper 212 evo and windforce x3 coolers both do an exceptional job with cooling.

If after running the rig for awhile you want to see your temps lower, I would advise a 140mm high static pressure fan on the side panel and some higher end thermal paste. But in reality you shouldn't need these unless you are overclocking.
