Both will perform pretty close to each other. Intel will have a bit better performance ofcourse due to faster IPC.

If you want, you can go with a Z Series board and faster RAM, which can give you slightly better performance depending on the game itself.

I mostly play Pubg, but will be looking at playing division 2 etc in the future, I don't mind spending more money for better performance and future proof. What do you think of the Nvidia 2700 as a card in general?

Ideally you should avoid the reference card from NVidia itself as it has a blower fan which can heat up a bit under constant load. Otherwise, you can go with any card from the board partners.
