Question Gaming Pc Build help

Hi all, i would like to buind a new pc for only gaming, internet surfing and movie watch, but i'm really ignorant on the matter. If anyone could help me i would be veary grateful. My budget is around 2500€.

Basically enough for top of the line. Do you have any preferences in terms of size, color, brand? Do you need a monitor, keyboard, mouse, headphones/speakers?

Thank you for the fast response, i forgot to mention that i need only the pc. In terms of size i think a mid tower would do it, but is not that important. The only preference i have is to go with an rxt istead of an amd gpu.

Country is still very important to get appropriate local pricing. I can pick a Euro country at random, but the selection varies quite a bit.

This is still under budget, room to bump up to the i7-12700K, or add RBG fans/Ram/CPU Cooler or something if you like that.
