Hi I am thinking of building a PC for my brother. He'll be using it for playing games like BF3, GTA IV, Minecraft, TF2, Anno 2070 and many others. I've come up with what I think is a pretty decent build. I'd like to keep it around $1000. At the moment it's at ~$1300 but if say for an extra $50 I can get a significantly better part than feel free to post it.
