i want to build my own pc but i'm not really into it so i don't know wich parts to chose but i still want to build a high end pc. can you guys maybe help me out a bit? and if you know any suggestions for a monitor.

thank you guys for replying and helping me. but i got a quick question (i'm legit a noob at this), in the first and second build they both have a 2080ti but the price is almost €200 in diference, what is the diference between them both. and also a quick question about the cpu cuz one of you got a i9 and the other one a i7 is there a big difference?

the monitor does not need to be a part of the budget no just looking for a good one and about the processor you think it isnt worth to get the i9 one?

i just dont know if its worht it or not thats all if you think it isn't and about the monitor its €1000 but idk if its worht it need some help with that.
