All the changes amount to about ~45 USD more
The TridentZ look great and should perform better than the Avexirs
The Seagate Barracuda is a faster HDD for only a 1USD more.
The 1060 3GB is a faster GPU which will give you a better gaming experience for only ~30 USD more.
The S340 will probably give you a better building experience and it also looks nicer.
