I finally made my mind around what PC Build I want, and I'd like some input on it since I'm thinking to change the Motherboard and Processor.

Processor AMD FX Series FX-6300 3.5Ghz 6X
Motherboard Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3
Memory Kingston HyperX Fury Red DDR3 1600MHz PC3-12800 8GB CL10
Power supply Tacens Valeo V 700W 80 Plus Silver Modular
Graphic card Gigabyte GeForce GTX970 OC 4GB GDDR5
Case Tacens Mars Gaming MC1 V2
Cooler Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO

I already have a HDD (Hitachi Hds721010cla332 3.5inch 1tb 32mb Sata) and my DVD Re-writer (LG GH24NS90).

I'm thinking to switch to an AMD FX Series FX-6350 3.9Ghz 6X and Gigabyte GA-990XA-UD3.
Would it still all be compatible?

I'm gonna re-check PSUs, still, it's a national brand and it has very good reviews so far.
I'm considering actually cutting some corners and going with a Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P Socket AM3+ with the FX-6350 AMD, but I'm not sure if it would hold the GPU.

It shouldn't have any problems with the GPU, but I would recommend going for an ASUS motherboard instead of Gigabyte. I have experience with both and have decided to always stick to ASUS in the future after two faulty gigabyte boards in a row. MSI is also decent, but not as pain-free as ASUS.
