Hello i have 1,000 budget to build a gaming pc.. i would like it to be ryzen and have a ssd for windows start up maybe a game or 2. any suggestions on the components? worth waiting for cyber monday?

I see many good deals already. I wouldn't wait much longer. For example, 16gb (2x8) ddr4 3000mhz can be snagged for $50. It is unlikely to go down any lower soon.
