So, I was going to build an 800 dollar rig that I was pretty firm on but I had to spend some money on an urgent situation so I am now looking at a budget of 500 dollars to maybe 550 dollars. Does anybody have a solid build within that price range? I would also prefer if you included the os (Windows 8) in the price but you dont have to ill find a way to scoop up some extra money :) Thanks for the help!

Would dual core be preferable for gaming? I think a quad core could fit in his tight budget easily. What do you think?

I have a fx6300 and I kind of want to go intel for my next build. How does the intel core 2 quad Q9300 and Q8200 compare to the fx? Which is better? I play mostly blizzard games, CA, ava, MC, skyrim.
