Actually what it is saying is that one of the drive bays has to be removed to fit the video card. With a card this long that is not unexpected and you will not need the storage space. If you want something better it will cost even more money, let me know what you would like to do.
Look at the Snapdeal and Amazon.in links at the bottom of the post, those are local online prices in Rs. Total cost is Rs 111,073I. That is why I made the comment about the R9 390, it is just hard to get a balanced system at or below Rs 90,000 while using Rs 40,000 for the video card. Actually found it funny that a 390X was cheaper than the R9 390. I would shop around though, probably you could get the cost down. If you find something similar and want an opinion, just ask.
