Hey guys, I'm building a pc that is able to run Skyrim with multiple mods while maintaining an impressive fps rate. Will this build be able to do it? ^^^

Maybe an AMD graphics card. Do you really need OD and WiFi and sound card?

I guess I don't really need the soundcard. But there's no way for me to get a wired Internet connection from downstairs in my room so I need the wifi adapter to connect to my router upstairs
