I plan on building a gaming pc. I have absolutely no preference on any parts except that I would like to use an Intel CPU and an Nvidia GPU.

For an example as to my requirements, I would like to run Skyrim (modded heavily) and games like it while maintaining a FPS of at the very least 60 with mods like Falkonian ENB, Skyrim Redone, 2K Texture packs, animation packs and several immersion mods.

I do not currently have a specific price range, but I would prefer to stay comfortably under $1000. I'd prefer the FPS to go up past 60, but not if it will cost an exorbitant amount.

As you may have noticed, I am not very experienced in building computers, so please bear with me if I am acting like a noob. :)
