Im looking to build a gaming pc for $2000 AUD within the next few weeks. Currently have these components in mind.

Are there any things that are over/under what i should need for a high end build? I want this to last 4 years and still be able to run games at an ok level and speed with minimal upgrading.

I dont really know much about overclocking. Is it worth it for having to get a 4770K instead of 4770 CPU + CPU cooler and any other upgrades i would need? Also what kind of effects does overclocking have on life span of the pc?

Solution
This will max out pretty much any game. No need for the i7, and no need for 16 GB of RAM for gaming. Overclocking is only worth doing if you're doing a very big overclock, but isn't really necessary with this build.

Unlocked CPU and Z87 motherboard, but no CPU cooler? Please explain that to me, I'm genuinely intrigued.

Is the i5 4440 or 4670 better? (any noticeable difference or not really?)

I have only the slightest clue about motherboards, though i read somewhere that the intel motherboards (Gigabyte GA-H87-D3H ATX LGA1150 Motherboard - is this even intel?) were not as good as the asus ones in regards to cooling.

Whats the difference between a GTX 780 and Ti?

The motherboard is by Gigabyte. It's fine for what you'll be doing. The i5-4440 is the best value for money i5 gaming CPU out there at the moment, and there is barely any difference between that and the i5-4670. However, the i5-4670k is used if you want to overclock, but I'll assume you don't want to do that.

Anyways, the 780 is already more than enough. No need to waste money getting the 780 Ti. To be honest, the GTX 780 is pretty overkill for 1080p gaming. If you want to save some more money I'd recommend getting the R9 280X. That will more than fulfil your gaming needs.

If you need any more help please do ask :)
