I would go with a better PSU:
XFX 550W/650W,
Seasonic 550W/620W
or Antec 620W

Drop the Z97 motherboard and go with a h97, Z97 is for Intel k cpu and overclocking else it is wasted. If you want SLI support then an ASUS Z97-A or Asrock Extreme 4 will be fine.
A GTX at $267 is quite expensive, there are better alternatives like R9 290:
