Gaming PC build

I'm building my first gaming PC and would like to know your opinion on it.

Case: Fractal Design Define R4
PSU: Cooler Master ATX v750 750W
Motherboard: ASUS Z97-AR
CPU: Intel i5 4690k
CPU cooler: Noctua NH-D14
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 970 G1
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro 16Gb 1866MHz
HDD: Seagate 3.5" 2TB SSHD
SSD: Samsung 850 Pro 256Gb

Suggestions are welcome and if it's any help, my budget is about €1500 ($1800).

Go with a different PSU I suggest xfx, corsair or seasonic. Go with a western digital HDD they last much longer, and I strongly recommend Asus motherboards.
