Hello Rajaboinapavan,

That's a decent build. But consider couple of changes. All the prices I suggest here are from local retail market, as online prices are really high. So try to get it from local retailer instead of online retailer like Flipkart, Snapdeal or Amazon.

- The Corsair VS550 is a decent one, but it has cheap capacitors. So its longevity is questionable. Consider any one of these:

Seasonic Eco Series 500W Power Supply (SS-500BT) Rs. 3300 [3 Year Warranty]
(OR)
Antec VP500PC 500W PSU Rs. 2500 [2 Year Warranty]

- You need a decent CPU Cooler, as the stock CPU Cooler that comes with FX 8320 is not good enough. So get this:

Cooler Master Hyper EVO 212 Plus Rs. 3000

- Get the Corsair Spec 01 cannot accommodate the Cooler Master Hyper EVO 212 Plus. So consider this:

Corsair Spec 02 Rs. 3900

- R9 270 only require a quality 450W PSU that can deliver 24Amps or more on its +12V rail.

- Both the Antec and Seasonic suggested above can deliver a quality 34Amps on its +12V rail, which is more than enough to power your entire PC with ease.

Consider these suggestions and you'll have a solid mid range build.

Other Opinions [Updated]:

The AMD Combo - The FX 8320 + CPU Cooler + Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 costs Rs. 18650.

Instead of that, you can build a solid Intel i5 4440 Rs. 12600 + Gigabyte GA-H97M-D3H Rs. 6650 cost Rs. 19250. You don't need a third party cooling solution, as the default CPU Cooler that comes with CPU will do a fine job. The Intel combo is certainly better than the FX 8320, provides you with future upgrade option like an i7 4770/4790/4770K/4790K, if you require more fire power.

Also the FX 8320 is already an aging 4 year old processor based on AM3+ socket, which is soon going to be replaced by AMD's Zen processor with AM4 socket by 2016. On AM3+ the upgrade option is very minimal like 8350 or 9000 series. But 9000 series processor are 225W TDP ones, with higher power consumption, requires a high end motherboard with 140W TDP (no dedicated 225W TDP motherboards released by AMD. But the 140W TDP boards can handle them) which are priced in upwards of Rs. 11000. In addition to that you need a better cooling solution for the 9000 series processors.

Certainly, even the FX 8320 can't be overclocked to its full potential on a budget board like Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3, which can only handle moderate overclocking. You need something like ASUS M5A97 EVO R2.0 Rs. 8200

Above all, its not like in US, where the AMD is substantially cheaper than Intel. The pricing of AMD is almost on par with Intel or even costlier in India.

So consider these points and then take a decision.

Update #2:

The reality is that you need to overclock the 8 weaker core FX 8320 to even come any where closer to the locked 4 stronger core i5 4440 3.3Ghz. For gaming the Intel is a far better option.

Either AMD or Intel build you can't get a monitor with in Rs. 40000. I assume that you already have HDD and RAM. So consider these builds:

Intel Build:

i5 4440 Rs. 12600
Gigabyte GA-H97M-D3H Rs. 6650 [better on-board audio solution with 6 audio ports in the rear]
Antec VP500PC 500W Rs. 2500
Corsair Spec 02 Rs. 3900
BenQ 21.5 Inch (GW2255) VA Panel Full HD 1080p Rs. 7500
Sapphire R9 270 2GB GDDR5 Rs. 13000

Total Rs. 46150

AMD Build:

FX 8320 Rs. 11300
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Rs. 4350 [better on-board audio solution with 6 audio ports in the rear]
Cooler Master Hyper EVO 212 Plus CPU Cooler Rs. 3000
Antec VP500PC 500W Rs. 2500
Corsair Spec 02 Rs. 3900
BenQ 21.5 Inch (GW2255) VA Panel Full HD 1080p Rs. 7500
Sapphire R9 270 2GB GDDR5 Rs. 13000

Total Rs. 45550

As you can see, the pricing is almost the same, only Rs. 600 seperates these builds. I've given my opinion. But at the end of the day, your liking is what really matters.

Cheers!

i thought to build i5 4440 Pc but Fx 8320 can be overclocked to 4 Ghz where i5 cannot ,thats why i choose it.

when comes i5 4440 ,It is outperformed by fx 8350 at equalent price since i have to choose cpu at 10000 INR i have no other choice to select fx 8320 so i can invest some on gpu since it is at 14770 INR.

ANY ADVICE WILL BE APPRECIATED
