I am building my first and i want to know if i can play bf4 cod and fps games at 1080p maxxed out. I will be editing 30 min 1080 videos with some intervals.

ok, then get the Z97 and yet the 850evo is very good. The OCZ Arc 100 is a great value buy. Great choices.
If possible get the 4690k and you could overclock that later. This is very important to do so cuz it'll help in video editing.
oh, and avoid that case like the plague. I increased the price by $60 and got a lot better performance/value. The 290 will beat the 380 and sells for less. The CPU can be overclocked so that easily trumps the 4460. And the ssd, for less than $10 you get 2x the capacity.

Z3 plus i ok but expensive in States.(overpriced) Here is a build for $8 more than yours but you can add an aftermarket cooler and overclock that cpu in the future...in a year or so.

im getting the case from the uk and i need to ship everything to europe 98 $ on its own i need a monitor and the 390 dosent ship to my country called Malta which is an island under italy. With the build i made on pcpartpicker can i play bf4 maxxed out and render 30 min videos
 


I'd buy whatever case is local then get the other parts shipped to you. The 4460 and 380 are very good. But try to find a bigger SSD for little more $$ and get a H97 not Z97 mobo.
