Hy, I want to build a new Gaming Pc and I'd like an advice from you, Will the components match?, Is it a good one?

CPU: AMD Athlon X4 760K
Cooler master Hyper 212 EVO
GPU:MSI AMD Radeon R7 370 2GB
Motherboard: ASRock FM2A88X
RAM: Cordair Vengance 2x4GB 1600MHz
Power Supply: 500W EVGA

If i were you, I would get a better processor. Your processor is low to medium range. Also all of your parts are compatible. If you want a powerful AMD processor then I would suggest getting and AMD FX-9590. Which would require you to pick out a new motherboard. But besides that this should be a pretty good gaming rig. It will handle medium to high games!
