Does this look about right for World of Tanks, Battlefield 4, Minecraft, and maybe some other titles?

Thanks all!

To answer your first question, yes the motherboard will overclock great. I reworked the build to fit your needs like shadow play and editing. As a content creator myself, you'll find the amount of Ram will surpass the speed of ram in video editing workloads. The Ram is all black, and is low profile. It will work fine, and best of all is 16GB!

I think your system is fairly solid (although I wished you had purchased an Intel based system). I made a few revisions that should hopefully see a performance increase in the games you listed.

To start, the memory can definitely be cheaper. I understand if you wish to go for Red memory, but the premium you're paying is not worth it. Ram speed makes nearly no difference in FPS performance in games. The 1600 Kingston Kit will be absolutely fine for the games you mentioned, and any other titles.
Next, I changed your SSD to a Samsung 850 Evo. This SSD is faster than the Force LE, and definitely worth the extra cash.
I swapped the GTX 950 for an R7 370 as 1. It was cheaper than the GTX 950. 2. In games like Battlefield 4, larger amounts of VRAM tend to perform better. On top of that, the R7 370 performs nearly identical to the GTX 950 in other games. Everything else should be fine, I hope I answered your questions!

Yeah, I was thinking of a G4400 I think it was but the MoBo combo wasn't great.

Trying to mainly by used when I can.

I also should have mentioned I needed the GTX 950 for shadow play considering it uses low resources to record and works well on a budget.

Also the RAM was for video editing with the shadowed files from the GTX.

I really like the Samsung SSD idea!

Also, the motherboard I picked is really good for OC right?

I've only built one other PC before.

Thanks!

Kinda wish I had found that Into CPU for cheaper. Damn.

I started out with an old AMD HD 7870, and currently I have a GTX 980. Both cards performed great for their purpose, and both ran with little to no issues.
