Yes. Ryzen gets performance boosts with faster memory, so 2133 is gonna hurt your performance. Go for a least 2666 MHz speed. And more ram would help you reach your goals too.

If you're not Overclocking and never intend to do a whole lot of it, the new Wraith stock coolers are pretty good and save some cash. Other than that, what DRagor said above, faster RAM is a good idea on Ryzen.

Yes, but 1600X does not come with cooler.
