Best gaming PC build under 90k Oct 2017 in India ssd not required excluding monitor and accessories
Should I buy i5 8400 I can wait for b360 motherboards

Solution
At 1080p, go with i5 8400. i7 should be taken into consideration if you want to do video editing or productivity stuff. I can't provide exact prices but these components should be well under budget

CPU - i5 8400 14k
Mobo - Asus STRIX H360(when it launches) 10k
GPU - Gigabyte GTX 1060 Xtreme Gaming 27k
RAM - Crucial Ballistix 2x8GB 2667MHz 11k
Chassis - Antec P110 Luce 7k
PSU - Corsair RM650X 650W Gold+ Modular 9.1k
HDD - WD 2TB @7200rpm 5k

And please avoid local chassis and try to add as many fans as you can for better airflow and cooling. India is a hot country, lol

If you are gonna game in a 60hz monitor, get the ryzen 1600 in a b350 mobo with dual channel 3000/3200mhz ram kits. Pair it up with a 1060 6gb.
Get an Antec vp450 p for psu.
If you are going for 144hz monitor gaming, 90k won't be enough since you would require a 8600k and a 1070 min.

Should i buy this
Antec p8 cabinet- 5k
Asus b350 prime plus-7k
Ryzen 1600- 16.5k
Zotac GTX 1080 mini - 41k
8gbx2 ram-price currently not sure
WD BLUE 1TB-3.5K
SEASONIC M12II 620 WATT-7.5K
This cost me nearly about 90k

I don't do esports gaming. The only fps game I play is bf1 which I can manage with 75hz lg 23mp68vq. I mostly play AAA Titles so an ips monitor is my preference

Also is i7 8700 worth over i5 8600k, i5 8600k cost 2-3k more with 240 aio cooler

I can buy an i7 8700 with GTX 1060gb because in future I have replace GPU more frequently than cpu

Having a strong cpu is always a plus. And yes the 1060 6gb(3gb vram won't be enough to max out settings) or a Rx580(even a rx570 would do if budget is tight) 4gb would be fine (better since it is freesync) for 1080p 75hz.
And since u r gonna get the z370 try for the 8700k and a cooler. I know this will set up back by 7-8k, but it will be worth it with the option to overclock, extends ur cpu usage life by 2 years? For cooler :

For cases, I would suggest the corsair spec series or coolermaster masterbox series.

Of the top of my head I can think of lesser SATA ports in B boards than H ones.
B boards are for business uses so it might lack some ports specially display ones. Again I'm not sure about this.

I think PSU lasts in multiple builds. Like I have used mine over 2 builds. So it is always better no to skimp on it. The RM650X is Good rated and comes with a 10 year warranty. Given the newer crappy PSU s from Corsair this is probably the best one from the past
