Hi im planning to build my 1st gaming PC my budget is 400$ and im mostly playing dota 2 and CS:GO, will this build give high fps in high/ultrahigh setting? and load fast.

-Galax GT750Ti EXOC 2GB DDR5 128Bit
-kingston hyperx 4gb ddr4 2133mhz
-wd 1tb sata

CPU is a weak dual core
Memory isn't enough
750ti is an entry type card.

exceeds your budget a bit, but will run CSGO / Dota on maxed settings with 60+ fps, i assure u
as for fast load, u'll need a SSD for that...
