I am going to be building a PC for light gaming and school, but i only have about 250$.
So i have a list of the parts i was going to use, and i want to know if i should change anything in the list. Here's the list

AMD A8-7600 3.3GHz Quad-Core Processor
https://pcpartpicker.com/part/amd-cpu-ad7600ybjabox

Motherboard

Asus A88XM-A Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard
https://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-motherboard-a88xma

RAM

G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
https://pcpartpicker.com/part/gskill-memory-f312800cl9d4gbxl

HDD

Western Digital RE3 250GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
https://pcpartpicker.com/part/western-digital-internal-hard-drive-wd2502abys

Case

https://pcpartpicker.com/part/thermaltake-case-vl80001w2z

PSU

Antec 450W ATX Power Supply

Also, should i get 1 4gb stick of ram instead of 2x2, So i can add another 4gb stick for a total of 8gb in the future?

Solution
Since your original build was almost $300 (I think it's including mail-in rebates), here is a slightly adjusted build for your system:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD A8-7600 3.3GHz Quad-Core Processor ($89.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: MSI A68HM-E33 Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard ($49.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: G.Skill Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2133 Memory ($62.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital AV-GP 500GB 3.5" 5400RPM Internal Hard Drive ($32.44 @ Amazon)
Case: Apex SK-393-C ATX Mid Tower Case ($26.32 @ NCIX US)
Power Supply: EVGA 430W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply ($33.99 @ SuperBiiz)...
If you can, Get a 4x2 gb ram

Since the a8 apu would require additional ram for the integrated graphics

Also, try to get atleast 550watt psu
If you decide to get a dedicated gpu, you have that option
Xfx 550 is a good brand and often on sale, or similar antec wattage psu

For a good grpahic performance on the A-series you really need high speed ram since it's the ram the integrated graphics use, and higher speed ram dramatically increases performance.
