Hi!
I want to build my own PC, and wanted to know what parts would fit my needs the best. I play cogs and need a fps high enough for my 144hz monitor. Also, I need a PC that can play games like "The Wither 3" and "Assassins Creed", for when i don't feel like playing cogs. The Wither and Assassins Creed would be nice to play at high settings (only need 60 fps here). All this for as low a price as possible.
I hope you guys can/want to help me, and btw sorry for my bad English I live in Europe (not England obviously).

A set budget would be nice. I'm not sure what you're maximum amount is. Fill in this:

Approximate Purchase Date: e.g.: this week (the closer the better)

Budget Range: (e.g.: 300-400) Before / After Rebates; Before / After Shipping

System Usage from Most to Least Important: (e.g.: Folding@Home, gaming, surfing the internet, watching movies)

Are you buying a monitor: Yes / No

Parts to Upgrade: (e.g.: CPU, mobo, RAM) **Include Power Supply Make & Model If Re-using**

Do you need to buy OS: Yes / No
Please note that if you're using an OEM license of Windows, you will need a new one when buying a new motherboard.

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: (e.g.: newegg.com, ncix.com -- to show us selection & pricing)

Location: City, State/Region, Country - we need to know where these parts are being assembled and whether there are good store-only deals available

Parts Preferences: by brand or type (e.g.: I would like to upgrade to Intel CPU)

Overclocking: Yes / No / Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: Yes / No / Maybe

Your Monitor Resolution: (e.g.: 1024x768, 1280x1024, 1440x900, 1600x1200, 1680x1050, 1920x1080, 1920x1200 or if you're upgrading please state what you'd want to get)

Additional Comments: (e.g.: Need to have a window and lots of bling, I would like a quiet PC. Please also list specific software or games you're using)

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: (e.g. I'm having trouble running game X or my PSU broke)

No budget given, but this is pretty cheap.
144Hz will probably be a push though. For 144Hz I'd be looking into the 970 atleast.

That motherboard doesn't support the i5-4460.

Approximate Purchase Date: Will probably be next month (Waiting for AMD to release their products for lower prices)

Budget Range: Around 900$/£590/€810 all included

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming! and watching a movie now and then

Are you buying a monitor: No, i got a xl2411z from a friend

Parts to Upgrade: This is not a upgrade it is a whole build

Do you need to buy OS: Yes

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: They should just be trustworthy and in Europe (I don't want to deal with customs duty)

Location: I live in Denmark (Denmark is small so i don't think the city matters)

Parts Preferences: This is one of the things i want help with

Overclocking: Not atm, maybe if I get more into it

SLI or Crossfire: What ever that will give me the bast bang for the buck

Your Monitor Resolution: Well it is a 1920x1080 display, but im only playing csgo at 1280x720 atm. RPGs would be nice in 1920x1080 though

Additional Comments: I would like a neutral case like cooler master or a little more stylish like BitFenix. No fancy lights or windows. Im playing csgo and RPGs.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: I would like to use my monitor to the max in csgo, and i would like to play the new RPG games in high quality.

Thanks for the answers so far, you guys were faster than I thought

Nope, it is only for the pc, i've got the other things. Maybe if you know anything about wifi, what the best solution for a receiver is (i have a asus router). I know it is not ideal to play on wifi, but it is just a temporary solution.

For wireless gaming youd probably want an ac adapter. In the UK you can get a USB 3.0 ac adapter for £10 so look out for something like that. I think the build I posted earlier + the addition of an OS will do you fine. It will easily max CS GO at 1080p nevermind 720p. Heck, a G3258 and GTX750 will max at 1080p whilst keeping a stable 60fps.

The 960GTX vs R9 280 is your choice. The 280 is cheaper and hopefully prices will drop a bit more soon.

The 280x is still a solid 1080p gaming card. Nvidia currently has nothing that competes with it, at its price point. You have to go with a more expensive GTX 770 to get similar to better performance, or 780/780ti/GTX 970/980 to do significantly better. They all cost a good deal more. The more expensive R9 290 and 290x are the only current cards better than the 280x, from AMD.

What about the gtx 960?? wouldn't that be just as good a choice as the r9 280x, since directx 12 soon will be released with windows 10? or am i missing something?

I have tried to put a pc together with the info you have given me and with prices here in Denmark
http://de.pcpartpicker.com/p/qdPNTW

In Denmark it'll cost: 857,96 euros, what are your comments on the build and is this a respectable price?

PS: I could not find the same ram in pcpartpicker.com as the once i found in the store. The once i found in the store are 1.5V
