Gaming pc buy question?

i want a gaming pc that can run dual monitors+a tv (dual monitors for work and hd tv for play) is this possibe for my 400$ budget and still have it be able to play games like bf4 or gta 5 and i have to buy and not build because im a dummy when it comes too computers if there are any computers you suggest please let me know thank you

Only if you can find a used one and it would have to be a good price for 400 bucks and be able to do that.
