Gaming Pc Case RGB

Hello everyone,I just built myself my new gaming rig,with the case being a AZZA 320 RGB gaming thror.The case has a RGB logo,with a RGB strip in a L shape outside the case,(going from top to front bottom) and 2 RGB fans.those are supposed to be controlled by a remote that came with the pc case.but none of them seem to work,I can’t figure it out,on the following photos,I tried different combinations but we only managed to make the logo light red ( AZZA ).Fans do spin,but they don’t light up.
