So this is my 1st gaming build http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/rWprsY
Just waiting for the gtx980ti to decide on what gpu to put in. So all that's left to get is a case, I was wanting the nzxt h440 but just realised it has no optical drive. So could people recommend some good cases that come with at least 4 fans like the h440 ?

I'd recommend against the HAF 922, I have one, it is not very good, air flow isn't very good, it is negatively pressurized with massive unfiltered opening, it just gets extremely dusty.
There is a reason a lot of cases these days don't come with a lot of fans, is people are using AIO liquid coolers which tend to add some more intake/outtake.
Fan's are not hugely expensive and easy to install, it is easy to get a great case like the http://pcpartpicker.com/part/phanteks-case-phes614pbk see what the performance is like and if you really need more fan's buy some more and install them.
I like the Cooler Master HAF (High Airflow) series, you might wanna look into those. The $100 HAF 922 is a mid-tower that comes with three fans (2 200mm, one 120mm) expandable, and the 932 is a full tower case for $140 that comes with 3 230mm fans and a 140mm fan (4).
