i have decided what i will buy, now my biggest issue is on those 2 parts, i am not sure what will i chose. so i want ur suggestions.

i want to add i am on budget, so i need to decide what is better from those 2 mobo/graphic builds.

i will go crossfire or sli in future probably, so thats why i am taking strong PSU, and also, i won't overclock at start so i don't need aftermarket cooler.

PCU: Intel i5 3570K

Ram : G.Skill DDR3 1600MHz 8GB
8GB Kit, PC12800, 240Pin, CL9 (2x4GB), 1.5V, Dual Channel

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.14

Optical : ASUS DRW-24B5ST/BLK/B/AS

Case : Coolermaster Storm Enforcer

PSU : Corsair GS800

Monitor : Samsung Syncmaster S24B350H

should i take: Gigabyte Z77X-D3H and gtx 660 ti ASUS DC II ( this motherboard is SLI ready, and i don't see any other benefits from regular Z77-d3h)

or

Gigabyte Z77-D3H and Gigabyte HD7950 UD

will i suffer with cheaper MB when i OC processor in future? and what do you think i should chose

i am not fan of nvidia nor amd, both are good companies that make excellent graphic cards.

Should 7950 give me more fps in games like Dota2, Diablo 3 , Battlefield?

I think you should also go for a SSD. from your config you have got everything good. Only thing missing from being it a complete killer rig is a SSD. If you can invest some more money then go for a 64GB SSD or 32 GB for OS and some other important stuff or your favorite game, etc.
Happy Gaming!

honestly , i know i need ssd, but i spent arround 200 $ more than i wanted at start. i decided that i wont spend money on anything more at the moment. because if i would go ssd, i could than go now for aftermarket cooler, than i could maybe get sabertooth motherboard, maybe even gtx 670 with a bit more money. and i would end up going 680 in quad with 3 monitors :)

future upgrades will be ssd for sure, 8gb more ram, and in some far future maybe second 7950 (i ordered gigabyte winforce 3, i got nice reviews for it, and i won't overclock it )

also, i might get aftermarket cooler if i notice my processorc cant keep up, but i doub't that will happen in near future. ;)

i was thinking on getting 120 gb SSD after new year.
