Graphic Card - Amd R9 270X (Dual X)

PSU - Corsair CX 750W

this is much better for gaming, and doesn't include OS.

don't spend more on you cpu then your GPU

corsair cx series have been known to be unreliable

If i use your cpu configuration, will I be able to get the same gaming performance as I would get if I would have used the 8 core as listed by me.

you will get way better gaming performance with the gtx 960 then with the 270x the CPU wont make a huge difference
