Solution
Overclocking is of very limited value for gaming and you do not have sufficient budget to do it meaningfully.

This is what you sayyou want but I would not buy it.

This is a lot better, but you will need to replace the CPU eventually, and it has WiFi and Bluetooth...
Intel Pentium G3258 ~ $70
ASUS H97-PRO GAMER ~ $115
EVGA 02G-P4-2966-KR GeForce GTX 960 ~ $210

The Pentium can overclock quite well but only has two cores and has no hyper-threading.
I am not sure what you mean by a motherboard with overclocking capabilities, but the Asus has some nice software that could potentially be useful.
The GTX 960 is a powerful GPU at a great price.

The total cost comes in around $100 under your budget which gives you a few options. You could get a better CPU like the Intel Core i3-4360, which would perform better in threaded applications; however, the Pentium when overclocked can reach similar performance. You could get a GTX 970 though it would likely but you over your budget by a few. Or you can keep the current build and save some money for a future upgrade to maybe an i5 or i7.

Here's a good overclocker, and I would spend a little more to hat at least a 270X or 280.

You will also need another $30 or so for a CPU cooler.
