I have amd a6 r5 7400k and i bought a new gpu nvidia geforce gtx 1050 ti 4gb palit stormx,my problem is my fps got worse after installing my new gpu, without the new gpu my fps in dota 2 is 50 to 60 low settings, with my new gpu installed it got worse 30 to 40fps even in low settings ,is my cpu the problem?or am i missing something?which hardware should i overclock ?cpu or my new gpu?

my pc specs (without my new gtx gpu)

motherboard : gigabyte f2a68hm-s1

processor : amd radeon r5 a6 7400k apu

ram : 2x 4gb

monitor resolution : 1366x768 maximum

Solution
Uninstall the Palit app and Download DDU
Start your PC in safe mode and run DDU to uninstall the Nvidia drivers.
After rebooting, allow Windows to install the drivers for your GPU.
Test and see if the FPS gets better or worse.

yes its r5,also yes,my monitor cable is plugged in on my new gpu with vga to hdmi adapter, thunder master and nvidia control pannel is installed
