Build Advice Gaming PC CSGO 2020

Hello everyone,
I'm completely new into building a gaming PC. A few days ago, I played CSGO at a friends place and it was amazing. I already have a monitor of 144 Hz, so i would like to be able to use this. Also a case with some lights would be nice, but not required. Because i'm very unexperienced on this part I was thinking about a budget around 500-1000€. I don't know it's possible or not.

There are a lot of build ideas in the very forum you posted in https://forums.tomshardware.com/forums/systems.7/ There is a sticky for a $750 build. Case you just look and see what you like, I like Phanteks myself but some of them can get expensive.
