Solution
If your PC fell down.
The most common problems are that any mechanical contacts would be effected, with the hope that they are only not sitting 100% correct and not broken.
Before trying to power up your system (again), I would recommend that you recheck all mechanical parts (fans, slots, sockets, etc.) and reseat everything. For processor cooler, you will need to clean and re-apply the thermal paste.
To be noted, things like mechanical HDD could be damage permanently after a fall.
i dont quite know if it even is that but then before it fell when idleing its temp was 40 capped on the cpu and the gpu was 60 capped now the cpu is 124-130 idleing and the gpu is 0 meaning the gpu may of took a (you know what but i dont know if the forums allow swearing so lets just say the gpu may of taken a s word

Your cpu temp is 124C??

Check device manager for display adapter and see if it showing generic vga or still showing the correct gpu. If display is working at full resolution, it's unlikely that your gpu is damaged.

It's time to take whole build apart and make sure each individual piece is dry. Simply pointing a fan at a fully assembled build for a couple hours is an insufficient method as there's no way to know if there's any moisture at all in the nooks and crannies.

Breadboard the PC outside the box with the minimum components needed to see if you can get the PC to post (this will vary depending on your components, information for which you did not provide at all).

it had blue glowing lights but after the fall out of the car they never turned on and i just realised the reason for it not turning on is lmao i forgot to plug it back in after someone told me to unplug it because it being on after falling will kill the psu in it but that still does not answer why the pc wont load anything but boots up normally sometimes it does load windows 10 but idk

Damaged lights are not a big deal. I second what DSzymborski said and will add that you should check the cpu to make sure the fan is still seated properly and when you turn it on and it posts, keep monitoring the fan and cpu temps.
