Gaming pc for +-1000 dollars

Hello guys,
im just finding components to go with my new gaming pc and i was just wondering about few things .. 1. I want wait for pascal/polaris gpu so i want to know .. Should i buy i5-6600k with h105 and asus z170-a (or any other good mobo) and then spend max 400 on GPU ..... OR should i go with i5-6600 ( or 6500), criorih h1 and GPU for around 500..
2. thing... Should i go with the ssd and invest more into the GPU ?

Just $40 for a good consumer +100GB SSD so why not? And w/ $1k budget you get a -400$ gpu even if you get a 6500 (best option).

Well get the 6600K if you are gonna overclock.
If not, I'd save the extra money and just get the 6500 (That's what I plan on upgrading to.)

I would get an SSD even if it's a smaller one it's nice to have a more responsive OS.

I'd go with a lower cost video card as next gen cards are expected to be quite powerful and it's fairly easy to upgrade the GPU. I'd get the GTX 970 or R9 290 or better. I would stay away from flagship cards with excessive price tags. (Ex. 295x2 and 980Ti will both drop in value quickly)
