best configuration for overclocking?

Solution
well its a good configuration but not the best for overclocking. you would want a better cooler for your cpu maybe a better air cooler or sealed water cooler. the motherboard isn't the best selection for overclocking performance either you might want a z97 to ensure future upgrades also. both power supplies listed have a bad reputation (not 100% on the smart), go with a more reliable brand. good build, but for best overclocking you would need to expand your budget a bit

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($219.99 @ SuperBiiz)
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i 77.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler ($89.99 @ Amazon)
