I really want to build a PC for gaming and editing videos(as a hobbie). my budget is $1200 dollars
I was thinking about a Ryzen 5 1600, Intel i7-7700, but there's also the Coffee Lake from Intel. (i5-8400 and i3-8100).

Do you have any build for this? (I want to play some (new) games at least on high settings +60fps, without any problems)

Games:
Rainbow Six Siege
Wolfenstein New Colossus
Overwatch
Battlefield 1
Fallout 4
Witcher 3
Doom
PUBG
GTA V

This is $7 over budget. It does not include an OS, but is powerful enough for all you have asked. However, with a potential Volta release along the way, I would wait a bit.

Do you need peripherals and OS in the budget? I can make a new list with that.

DVD Burner, OS Windows 8.1 or 10. Maybe a good monitor but not expensive (1080p. 60hz) but this is optional I just want to know a good and cheap monitor I can afford later.

I have mouse and keyboard (HyperX), and I just needed parts for PC.

So shall I make a new list with a DVD drive, OS and Monitor? Out of the $1200 budget?

Just if u know a good monitor put it out of the list(I already have one but is meh the cheapest I could buy years ago), and Yes, I need a DVD Drive.

Well, I think I DO need an OS in the list.

Your build is already good for my budget. That is everything I was looking for
