Ok so i have a nice 4k Setup for gaming and my Girlfriend wants to join in on the fun and get her own PC. I'm trying to match my specs of my Original Setup before i went the 4k Route. Below are the original specs of my Computer which handled games at 1080p very well. I am looking to duplicate this setup for a cheaper price versus just buying another one as they are still going for around $450-530 right now which is out of Budget.

Original Specs:

Dell Inspiron Desktop i3847
Intel Core i5-4440 Processor 3.1 GHz
Cosair 430W Power Supply
1 TB 7200 rpm Hard Drive
EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti FTW
8GB DDR3 RAM

Here is what i already Have:

Cosair 430W Power Supply
8GB DDR3 RAM (2x Samsung 4GB 1Rx8 PC3l-12800U-11-12-A1)

What i need:

Case
Intel Core i5-4440k
Motherboard (Must support RAM Listed Above)
EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti FTW
Fans / CPU Cooling

When i bought the Computer, it came with a 300W Power Supply and standard onboard Graphics Card. I upgraded to a 750 Ti and bought the 430W Power Supply. Never had an issue. So your telling me a Boxed i5 is different than the one in the dell? Makes no sense.

Ram is DDR3
