GTX 970 is 40% faster than GTX 770 and has 4GB VRAM . i did try that but it turned out not within the budget .- up to $100 more

sorry for not saying anything sooner but micro center is selling the core i5 4590 at $160. your i5 4460 is more expensive for similar perfomance. with that change, the EVGA build seems to just fit in my budget. the msi build, however really does not. so i changed out the evga 970 for the regular not twin frozr v 970.
