gaming pc for 768p

my resolution is 1366x768 i want a pc that can max out games like gta v watch dogs on that resolution with 30FPS. here is the build i chose
CPU: Intel Core i3 4150
Motherboard: ASRock H81M
GPU: Sapphire R7 265
RAM: 8GB (2x4)
PSU: Seasonic M12II 520W
is this build good ?

Can i max gta v with 60fps ?or 50
and how many years can this build handle games even on medium ?

With balanced settings you could get 60fps but not sure about maxed settings.

If you keep playing at 768p you should be fine for 2-3 years.
