Question gaming pc for 900 dollar is it possible?

You say "good" gaming PC.
Not sure what that means to you.
Lots of people will spend 900 for a video card alone.
But we don't know anything about your games or settings.
Some people are happy gaming on the integrated GPU and spend nothing on a video card.
I'd guess most people would tell you 900 total would be quite limiting....but maybe perfectly adequate, depending on details you haven't mentioned.

for the extra money it's not really worth it. a couple frames here and there vs the 6600 for an extra $100 is not money well spent. you'll never even miss it

The above spec is great, I am adding option in case you want to play 1440p, which 6700xt is capable of. for only $150 extra, worth the money, and if you wait just until Black Friday / Boxing Day sale, I am sure a specification like these would easily be 10% cheaper.

Get a board with better VRM's such as this one down below. btw a 550W psu will be enough for your build. 650w if you want some headroom.

Pretty good.
Couple of nitpicking suggestions:
Maybe an MSI B660M Mortar for better VRM and a few extra features.
Not much benefit from 32 Ram rather than 16, but not a big deal.
You might consider a standard 12400 instead of the 12400F to get integrated graphics....which can be useful at times.
