Solution
That game is not very demanding so I would build a bit over specks this will play any game out right now. Requires Windows 10. The processor listed should be a i3 since it has 2 cores 4 threads.

Solution

The country is Greece however he would rather buy the parts from amazon or ebay because the prices in Greece are higher.

I will keep this build in mind however do you think that this cpu is good enough for gaming?

change the CPU for the i3 7100 and get the RX 470 or GTX 1050Ti instead GTX 1060. it will be better.

Would a i5 be an overkill?

If you can afford the i5, go for it. Going from a dual core (two threaded) cpu to a four physical core chip will give you better longevity. It's optimal, not overkill.

Which i5 do you recommend?

To keep in your budget what I listed is a good option, it's a well rounded PC.
It will crush the game you listed and be very playable playing any game out.

Based on the build specs listed above, your not going to overclock. I'd suggest an intel core i5 7500, as it has a decent clock speed at a reasonable price. If you plan to play future triple A titles with this system, going quad core would be a wise choice. These future games may require four physical cores as a minimum system requirement, so if you have less cores, the game may not even launch giving an error code. You might be able to get away with an intel core i3 as it's four threads might be detected as four cores, four threads aren't going to give you as much longevity as four physical cores. However if all you care about is league of legends, a Pentium or i3 will serve you just fine.

Cool, thanks for your help

Yes you are right I forgot about that.
