Question Gaming PC for abt RS. 30,000

Hi. i want to build a gaming pc for moderate gaming (mostly dota 2) and i have a tight budget of Rs. 30,000

Is it good for this budget or can i get better build?

• Motherboard- MSI A320M PRO.
• RAM- Crucial 8GB DDR4 2400MHz.
• HDD- SEAGATE BARRACUDA 1TB.
• OPTIONAL- WD GREEN 120GB SSD.
• PSU- CORSAIR VS450.
• CABINET- COOLER MASTER CMP 351.

so its better to go for ryzen 5 apu ?
