I wouldn't go with a micro atx motherboard unless I was concerned about space. Bigger boards offer more room to work on/in. Micro atx isn't too small but still. If I have the room I'd go with a standard ATX board. Also, I'd get a better/bigger power supply.
 
I'd say its a little unbalanced with the GPU being a little too much for that CPU. If gaming at 1440p 60Hz then it will be ok but 1080p 144Hz that CPU will limit high fps in several modern titles and I expect future titles. If you need to save money drop to a 500gb SSD and use the stock cooler which if perfectly fine and go with a 6700.
