I would suggest getting a 290/780. I have a 660 which is similiar to the 270X and it runs minecraft with shader at 40 FPS without recording. The 290/780 will reach thwt and will run any other games at 1080p at 60FPS+

You will have to use apls for add cores and memory for minecraft. And oc that i5 for sure. Good luck.
