Gaming PC for streaming

Hello everyone! This is my first time posting here, but from what I've heard, this is one of the better forums for pc tech. I want to build a fresh gaming computer to stream Battlefield 4 (at least high quality), Blizzards new mmo (Titan), Final Fantasy 14 A Realm Reborn and League of Legends (which I know doesn't require hardcore specs). I will have a budget of about $1000 if things go as I want. Thanks!

Do you have a preference for:
Intel/AMD
NVidia/AMD
Format - ATX/mATX/mITX etc.

I don't really have a preference other than Nvidia for my gfx card, but I've read that Intel are producing better cpus atm

Intel are indeed producing better CPUS, but they're also much more expensive.
