I don't think that build will run on ultra settings but you should be good for normal settings at 1080p, maybe think about spending a bit more money to upgrade to a gtx 760 or a r9 280.

This is only around $20 more and it has a much better graphics card, which can probably run quite a few games at 1080p high settings, maybe even ultra, also I changed the memory to a more well-known and reliable brand, G.Skill.
