With that budget, the best you really are going to get is what has already been suggested. Anything faster than a 270x will be bottlenecked by an i3 or a stock FX 6300. An i5 would take you a little over $600, unless you go with a very cheap motherboard, giving you no broadwell support.

I don't think RE3 are red drives, as reds run at 5400rpm, and the RE3 runs at 7200. 😉 I also am not sure about ultra on too many titles as that system is a midrange system, at best. I also wouldn't buy a 270 for the same price as a 270x. That motherboard is known to have VRM issues as well. If dead set on AMD, I would make these changes.

I don't think that build will run on ultra settings but you should be good for normal settings at 1080p, maybe think about spending a bit more money to upgrade to a gtx 760 or a r9 280.

This is only around $20 more and it has a much better graphics card, which can probably run quite a few games at 1080p high settings, maybe even ultra, also I changed the memory to a more well-known and reliable brand, G.Skill.

RE3 drives are not meant for casual day-day use.. Use a Caviar Blue, Black or Green for that.

Black = Performance
Green = Low noise and Energy Efficiency
Blue = Mix of both

but,I choose INTEL G3258,get a little bit overclocking to 4.0Ghz,I think that would be fine.

That system is actually $639.35. You have mail in rebates turned on. 😉 Only way I would recommend the pentium, is if you can get an i5 fairly soon, for an upgrade. Might want to wait for the GTX 960 results to come in this month. I suspect that it will probably perform similar, or better than, an R9 280x or GTX 770, given how the 970 beat the R9 290/290x and the GTX 780.

Don't forget that the components are garbage as well.. 4gb of ram with any car above a 270/750ti is USELESS. You will use ram before your gpu.. Not to mention that the pentium needs an OC for Max poptential. Even OCed your pentium will be bottle necking the nuts off of anything above the 760/280... And the psu is not adequate for OCing
