Looking for a PC that is decently mobile but can run most newer games at 1080p 40-60 fps max - high settings. Price tag around $1800- I am NOT building my own i want a prebuilt pc or at least someone to make i for me since i dont have the time to do it myself

Solution
Here you go. If you can't build your own, at least let someone else do it for you. Those prebuilt retail systems are junk and way overpriced. This will be much better for you.

so something like this at $1400

Yup. Except see if they have a non overclocking motherboard for less, like an H170 series. The CPU you have chosen is a non-K so you wouldn't need the Z170 (overclockable) motherboard.

Also, if you don't need the peripherals (like the monitor or speakers) I would invest that money into a better GPU than the GTX 970. Maybe look at the 980, 980ti, or even the 390X.
